I designed and fabricated all the character face masks for the silent theatre piece ‘Benchmarks‘- an FTH:K (listen with your eyes) production which premiered at the Grahamstown Art Festival in 2011.

Benchmarks won the Handspring Puppetry Awards at the Out the Box Festival of Puppetry and Visual Theatre Festival 2011 for ‘The Best Puppet Manipulation’ and was nominated for ‘The Best Visual Theatre Production’. I was nominated for ‘The Best Puppet Design’.
