Sculpture commissioned by the National Heritage Monument(NHM) of Bertha Mkhize; seamstress and South African human rights activist.
She is part of a large procession of approx. 100 sculptures called ‘The Long March to Freedom'(Century City/Cape Town) celebrating the unsung heroes of the past 300 years who fought for a free South Africa for all.
